Volunteer Information
What is a CASA volunteer?
CASA Volunteers are everyday people who are specially trained to advocate for abused and neglected children in the court system. CASA volunteers visit the child weekly in their home, talk to everyone in the child's life and write monthly progress reports to the judge and all parties to the case. We monitor the court orders and encourage parents to follow them. CASA volunteers stay with the case for a minimum of one year, which is generally the length of a court order.
CASA volunteers make a significant, positive difference in the lives of children.

"
Volunteers don't necessarily have the time, but they have the heart so they make time."
